Q. Can I order tickets on the phone?
A. You sure can. Please call us at 604.801.6225.

Q. I can’t make it to the show. What do I do?
A. If you are a subscriber, please contact us with 48 hours notice before your show, and we’ll exchange your ticket or provide you with a tax receipt for the value of your purchase. Alas, single ticket sales are final.

Q. How is parking around the theatre?
A. In a nutshell? Dreadful, if there are other events taking place that night. The Vancouver Playhouse is located next to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and walking distance from BC Place and Rogers Arena. There are also numerous restaurants and nightlife venues in the area. Please allow plenty of time to park your car, or consider taking transit. The theatre is 2 blocks from Stadium Skytrain station on the Expo and Millennium lines. Visit the Translink site to plan your trip.

Q. What should I wear to the show?
A. We are a fairly casual bunch, but everything from business attire to jeans are seen on our audience.

Q. What time do the doors open?
A. Show time is 8pm, the theatre doors open at 7pm.

Q. What time is the pre-show talk?
A. The pre-show talk begins at 7:15, and lasts approximately half an hour. It takes place in the upper lobby.
