Refund Policy

In-theatre presentations

In the event that a presentation is rescheduled by DanceHouse your tickets will remain valid for any future dates.

In the event that a presentation is cancelled by DanceHouse, purchasers will be given the option to receive a full refund, donate their ticket or receive a credit for select future performances. 

If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, you may gift your ticket to a friend or family member. Alternatively, you may donate the value of your ticket (at least 24 hours in advance of the performance) for a tax-deductible donation receipt. 

Patrons who subscribed during the 2019-20 season have the benefit of changing any tickets purchased for the 2021-22 season to another night of the same presentation, subject to availability. Please contact the box office at least 24 hours in advance of the performance and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
