Speaking of Dance Pre-Show Talk 7:15PM each night in the Vancouver Playhouse Upper Lobby Guests: Clifton Brown and Deborah Meyers New York City’s Jessica Lang Dance has become one of the most respected and acclaimed American dance troupes for works that are both genuinely moving and visually arresting. Jessica Lang Dance make their Canadian debut in Vancouver with a program of mixed repertoire that includes their latest work—Thousand Yard Stare. This piece for nine dancers, set to Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 15, Opus 132, honours those affected by war. Program:
