Terms and Conditions

By clicking on the “terms and conditions” checkbox, the purchaser accepts all terms and conditions. Additionally, by accepting the terms and conditions, the purchaser also acknowledges and accepts all the ticket policies. Please note that DanceHouse reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on dancehouse.ca.

The purchaser agrees that clicking the checkbox is their electronic signature to this contract of sale, under the conditions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act or equivalent in the purchaser’s country – and forms a legally binding contract. The purchaser’s acceptance is recorded electronically. 

DanceHouse reserves the right to cancel the purchaser’s ticket order at any time and for any reason if DanceHouse determines that there is a potential issue with your order or a risk to the organization (including but not limited to financial, reputation or any other reason). 

DanceHouse does not make tickets available to scalpers or the secondary market. Dancehouse.ca is the sole authorized source for purchasing tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. DanceHouse has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

DanceHouse follows a “zero-tolerance policy” towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the event, and towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately and your ticket(s) will become void.
