Subscriber Frequently Asked Questions
The 2026/27 Season subscription includes:
Compagnie Catherine Gaudet: October 23 or 24, 2026 | 8pm
Cirkus Cirkör: January 29 or 30, 2027 | 8pm
Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company: February 26 or 27, 2027 | 8pm
Kidd Pivot: March 19 or 20, 2027 | 8pm
Company Wayne McGregor: April 16 or 17, 2027 | 8pm
Subscription renewals begin on March 17 and your subscription seat(s) will be held until Monday, April 13 at midnight. Renew now to avoid losing your favourite seat(s) in the theatre. New subscriptions will be on sale April 14. Choose Your Own Three packages and subscriber add-on tickets will be available May 5 at 10am; and single tickets will be available May 19 at 10am.
Click here and sign in. You must be logged in to renew your subscription. You will already have an account set up (tip: use the email that receives the newsletter and performance reminders). If you haven’t logged in before or forget your password, click Reset here and follow the steps. Once you’re logged in, click Fixed Subscriptions, and click Buy Subscription to renew your season subscription. You’ll see a list of your tickets to all five performances and follow the steps for payment.
If you accidentally cancel your subscription, please contact boxoffice@dancehouse.ca or 604.801.6225 (M-F, 10-4).
If you would like to change your seat(s) or day of your subscription (Friday/Saturday), please also click Buy Subscription, then make the changes in the following steps. Please note that the available seats you see on the map are the available seats at that time while we are still holding seats of all 2025/26 Season subscribers. If you wish to see the possibility of switching to seat(s) that are currently held by other subscribers, please contact us. Finally, you will see a list of your tickets to all five performances in the cart. You can confirm your renewal by checking out.

You are most welcome to and we thank you for your kind contribution! After adding your subscription in the cart, click Checkout. After that, under the Support DanceHouse section, you can enter your chosen amount and click Continue with My Donation. Your donation will be added to your cart along with your subscription.
As a perk of subscribing, you will get early access to additional tickets! You will also receive a 15% off for Tier A or B seats! We suggest renewing your subscription starting March 17 so that you have your guaranteed seats for the season. You will be able to purchase additional tickets beginning May 5 at 10am. When purchasing tickets online your ticket discount will be automatically applied at check out if you are logged into the account you used for the subscription. If you’d like to move your subscription seat to sit next to your guest, contact the box office.
Renew your subscription online or over the phone to guarantee your seat in the theatre. Your friend can then purchase a subscription in the same tier beginning April 14. Then, let us know that you would like to sit together. We will try our best to sit them beside you though it may be necessary to move your subscription seat in order to accommodate the request.
If you renew your subscription from March 17, you will be able to exchange tickets from one performance to another of the same presentation after May 5 by contacting the box office. If you can’t make any of the performances you can always donate the tickets that you can’t use back to DanceHouse and receive a tax receipt for your donation.
In the event that a presentation needs to be rescheduled or cancelled by DanceHouse, purchasers will be given the option to receive a full refund or donate their ticket. Read our full refund policy.
